“The secret behind my success is I set goals. There years ago I had a plan of having my own company…Uptop Cargo and Logistics, which I am going to be launching January 2025,” he reveals.

He accomplished this plan, with flying colours.

“So by achieving that I created a habit of documenting my goals, both long-term and short-term goals. I wrote them down weekly and at the end of the month, I evaluated what works for me and what does not work for me. So I could drop what does not work for me and I go with what works for me. And doing that it helped me not forge a new habit,” he says.

Adding, “You know when you write something down you cannot create another habit when you have something you are looking at. So it helped me not to forge a new habit and not lose focus. I built a strong support network, as you know success is not often achieved alone. So I decided to surround myself with positive and supportive individuals who believed in my goals. I collaborated with them and they could complement my strength. They provided me with encouragement, advice and valuable opportunities.”
