It was yet to be established what sparked the violence.
However, in a circular sent out to parents of the suspended students, the school management revealed a lot of property was vandalized including the CCTV system.
“The school management has today, 3rd October 2023 decided to indefinitely suspend the entire Senior Six because last night they exhibited a high degree of indiscipline,” the circular read part.
“They deliberately destroyed school property including the recently installed CCTV Cameras around the school. The Board of Governors will subsequently sit to assess the damage and chart the way forward."
The students suspension comes just over 5 weeks to the commencement of their final UACE examinations which are set for November 10 according to the recently released UNEB timetable.
