The Police officers collaborated with Okumu and encouraged him to tell Okello that he was ready to make a purchase at his office in Minister’s village in Ntinda township.

When Okello arrived at Jet Tech Security Company in the evening with a bag containing the bullets and magazines, Okumu asked him to open it for negotiations to start.

At that moment, the undercover police officers who had first disguised themselves as buyers slapped handcuffs on Okello.
