Prince Richard Ssemakookiro's demeanour is quite different from that of his sister, Sarah Katrina Mirembe Ssangalyambogo, who has been seen in public having cheerful moments with people. She even has a presence on TikTok and Instagram, sharing videos of herself engaged in various activities, making her more relatable compared to her other siblings.

At the coronation, a video emerged showing Prince Richard Ssemakookiro not eating the cake that was served to him, leaving many curious. Some wondered if it was because he didn't like cake or if there were other reasons.

When Nnaalinnya Christine Agnes Nabaloga brought the cake, Ssemakookiro initially ignored it, while those around him, including Mayiga and the Nnaabagereka of Buganda, Queen Sylvia Nagginda Luswata, picked their portions.

Ssemakookiro eventually picked up a piece, but he wasn't seen eating it. Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II ascended to the throne on 31 July 1993. Prince Richard Ssemakookiro was born in 2011, according to the Kabaka's Wikipedia entry, which also lists his other children as Princess (Omumbejja) Joan Nassolo, Prince (Kiweewa) Savio Muwenda or Juunju Suuna, and Princess (Omumbejja) Victoria Nkinzi.
