So when we shop for things that we think will make us happy or confident, they might in the beginning but those feelings are temporary at best.
There’s nothing wrong with buying things you need or even want wherever you choose. But when you find yourself buying things because you are convinced it will make you feel more confident or happy or impress other people, it’s time to rethink your strategy.

That being said, shopping is one of those experiences that can lift our moods. A stroll through a mall, market, or even supermarket and rewarding ourselves with purchase is an enjoyable time.
And according to Namubiru, this feeling can be experienced anywhere. Whether you shop downtown or on the boulevard, shopping in itself has a universal feeling to it. As long as the value is not too attached to what we buy or where we buy (keeping value for money in mind), shopping can always be fun and rejuvenating.

Over the weekend, Namubiru took us on one of her shopping sprees in her recent vlog. She was shopping at Nakawa market one of the most popular local markets in the city. The afternoon concluded with Namubiru a happy shopper of some clothes and food.
"We may shop in different ways, but the feeling is always the same," she captioned her picture with the goodies.
