Ykee Benda in Fik Fameica's 2019 look: Who wore it better?

Ykee Benda was dressed in ash dark zip camouflage cargo pants (camo green) standing at a gas station with a fuel hose. The "boy so tender" looked on fire with the mixture of biker and street outfit. But did Fik Fameica beat him to the look or not?

Ykee Benda and Fik Fameica

Ykee Benda and Fik Fameica are some of the top fashionistas in the music industry. The two collaborated on the hit song "Teacher" and other than their dance moves, lyrical genius and actually pulling off a school uniform, their fashion sense is a lesson on its own.

Unlike their collaboration, the artists are two years apart when it comes to this look.

In 2019, Fameica was spotted in the same outfit but stuck to the streetwear with a cross bag and his signature King Kong print. To veer off the beaten path, Benda spotted a rocker/biker jacket and a beanie.

Despite not being a fan of baggy because, "Fitting, of course, because I’m not tall and I would look weird in baggy clothes." Benda seems comfortable in this look.

All this fashion glamour comes at a cost and the artists are apparently willing to pay the price. Ykee Benda was quoted in 2019 saying he spends at least five million shillings on shopping for clothes excluding his Shs1.2 million perfume.

Fameica, on the other hand, has a strong background in fashion as a designer and is simply a lover of fashion in his words, "Fashion is my hobby". Artist Eddy Kenzo said Fameica used to be his fashion designer.

Fameica has registered major wins in the past few months signing with a tour and travel company. He is also fresh off his new song "Sitoma", a captivating melodic love song. Ykee Benda, on the other hand, is also enjoying the airwaves with his recent song "Party Animal". Both artists boast over 800,000 followers on Instagram.
