Shadrack Kyagulanyi mourns the loss of his dog 'Dido'

Bobi Wine's third-born Shadrack Mbogo Kyagulanyi has mourned the passing of his friend, their 13-year-old dog, Dido. Mbogo, too, turned 13 this year on April, 23. He posted his goodbye message on his Threads account talking about the dog.

"Today my dog passed away, to many he was just a dog, to my family he was a part of the family but to me he was my friend. He was 13 years old his name was Dido and he will be missed. Rest in Peace Champion," the message reads.

The pictures the family posted of the dog show that he has always been with two other dogs. Bobi Wine, real name Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu has posted pictures of himself with the dogs and even baby pictures of Suubi Shine, his youngest daughter, playing with the dogs.

Meanwhile, the family is gearing up for the premiere of BOBI WINE: THE PEOPLE’S PRESIDENT, National Geographic Documentary Films’ new feature. Bobi Wine will be performing live tomorrow at Central Park SummerStage in New York City, US as part of the premiere.

The whole family is currently in Beverly Hills for the premiere rocking Buganda cultural attires with different shades of black. Mbogo and Barbie Kyagulanyi have matched with "kikooyi" print while the rest of the family has adorned black pants, shirts, and dresses.

"Born in the slums of Kampala, Bobi Wine, Ugandan opposition leader, former member of parliament, activist and national superstar musician, risks his life and the lives of his wife, Barbie, and their children to fight the ruthless regime. In this fight, he must also take on the country’s police and military, which are not afraid to use violence and torture in a vain attempt to intimidate and silence him and his supporters." National Geographic says about the documentary.

It seems Mbogo was the only one who stowed away on the newly introduced app to mourn his friend.
