When it comes to games and sports, cheating is seen as bad sportsmanship. But when winning is everything, the "right way" can become a little blurry. As is the case of this video in which a man is seen playing an arcade game of basketball.
DON'T MISS: Twitter is going crazy over this family's eating manners
At first glance, the players appear to be racking up points for dunking the ball but when the camera zooms in, the man is hitting the bottom of the net with the balls earning him points faster than his neighbour who's trying to get the ball through the hoop.
Although it is just a game, some people are not impressed with the man's 'ethics' or lack thereof.
Mike27356894@mike27356894 was particularly bothered saying: "I know it shows on the score that you’re gaining points, but you’re not actually making any shots, dude. You have to throw the ball in the basket, not under it."
Jeff Creedon@JeffCreedon: "Gaming the system. NGL(not gonna lie), I'm impressed if getting High Score is your only goal."
Emyrryl 💙Lunar half demon💙@EmyrrylVT: "Task failed successfully."
Dyen007@LediNft: "When you are bad, might as well be the worst you can be."
On the hand, some people were noting down this hack for their next visit to the mall.

T a n a s h i@CyberTanashi: "My mind had so many thoughts before I arrived at the pure genius of this individual."
Juaninamillion@Carl_Zamora5: “'Don’t hate the player, hate the game!'……😂"
It is easy to look at this man and think low of him morally over this act that is socially frowned upon. A moral injustice. It is also easy to marvel at his "way" whether he has always played this way or if he accidentally discovered it that day.
The myth of 'winning is everything'
American football coach and executive in American National Football League (NFL) Vincent Thomas Lombardi is quoted saying, "Winning isn’t everything; it’s the only thing."
We usually see cheaters and wish for their "downfall", and movies typically give us this moral justice.
But sometimes society's wrath is usually the least of a "cheater's" problems.

This kind of approach to life often creates more problems (debts) while the satisfaction from "winning is everything" diminishes. Or does it? (We may need to ask gamblers). Soon it gets hard to do anything which boosts creativity in the cheating department and other character flaws.
Nonetheless, one has to wonder why there's a loophole in the game that "allows" cheating. In any case, isn't the fun of games in the challenge?
